It features recognition campaigns, mentorship opportunities, and educational resources designed to uplift women professionals at all career stages\u2014from newcomers to established industry leaders.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cFor decades, women have been underrepresented in this industry. In recent years, we are now seeing growth in women entering and serving in leadership roles,\u201d said AIM CEO, Mary Lou Bosco. \u201cA task force of AIM women leaders was formed last year to discuss the needs of women in the industry and to develop a program and peer network to meet those needs.
